JK MITR – Reseller Terms & Conditions

(JK MITR Loyalty Program/ 1^st April 2026 – 31^st March 2027)

1. Program Overview

The JK MITR Loyalty Program is an initiative by JK Paper Ltd. to reward and recognize Resellers for their continuous purchase and promotion of eligible JK Paper products.

The program duration shall be valid from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• The Program is open to Resellers purchasing through Authorized Wholesalers / Retail Distributors of JK Paper Ltd.
• Participation is subject to successful registration and approval by the respective Wholesaler / Retail Distributor.
• The Reseller must provide KYC and GST details at the time of enrollment.

3. Eligible Products (SKU’s)

Points will be applicable only on the following products:

• JK Copier
• JK Easy Copier
• JK Sparkle
• JK C Max
• JK Copier Plus Antimicrobial
• JK Cedar
• Eco Canvas
• JK Excel Bond

4. Point Accrual Mechanism

4.1 Copier Products

• Reseller will earn 4 points per carton

4.2 JK Excel Bond

• Reseller will earn:
  • 10 points per carton
  • 20 points per bundle
• 1 point = 1 rupees

Points will be credited only after purchase validation and approval by the respective Wholesaler/ Retail distributor

5. Purchase Claim & Approval Process

• Reseller must ensure all purchases are made through authorized channels (Wholesalers/Retail Distributor).
• All purchase entries will be validated and approved by the respective Wholesaler/Retail Distributor
• Points will be credited only after Wholesaler/ Retail Distributor approval.
• Any discrepancy related to purchase claim must be resolved directly with the Wholesaler/Retail distributor
• JK Paper or its program management agency will not be responsible for claim disputes.

6. Cut-off for Purchase Submission

• Monthly purchase reporting must be completed on or before the 6th of the following month.
• Any claims submitted post this deadline will not be considered.

7. Reward & Redemption Structure

7.1 Reward Types

• Physical Gifts
• E-Vouchers

7.2 Redemption Guidelines

• Points can be redeemed through the JK MITR reward catalogue (website/Mobile app).
• No cash redemption is allowed under any circumstances.
• Points are non-transferable
• All the redemptions will be applicable under 194R.

7.3 Delivery Timelines

• E-Vouchers: Delivered real-time / instantly upon redemption
• Physical Gifts: Delivered within 1–2 weeks from redemption request processed (best effort basis)

8. Important Reward Conditions

• Redemption requests once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Rewards are subject to availability at the time of redemption.
• In case of unavailability, an alternate product or voucher may be offered.
• Warranty/after-sales service will be handled by the product manufacturer/vendor.
• Vouchers must be redeemed within their validity period, as once expired, they cannot be revalidated or replaced with a new voucher.

9. Communication & Statement

• Resellers will receive monthly communication (SMS/Email) with points summary.
• Any discrepancy must be raised within a reasonable time frame with the Wholesaler/Retail Distributor

10. Disqualification & Misconduct

A Reseller may be disqualified if:

• False or manipulated purchase data is submitted
• Any unfair trade practice is identified
• Duplicate / fraudulent participation is observed

In such cases:

• Points may be forfeited
• Participation may be terminated permanently

11. Program Rights & Authority

• JK Paper reserves the right to:
  • Modify / amend / withdraw the program at any time
  • Change reward structure, catalogue, or mechanics
  • Disqualify any participant without prior notice

All decisions made by the company will be final and binding.

12. Non-Commercial Relationship Clause

Participation in JK MITR:

• Does not constitute any partnership, agency, franchise, or distributorship
• Does not authorize Resellers to represent JK Paper in any official capacity

13. Liability Disclaimer

• JK Paper is not responsible for:
  • Delays due to logistics/courier issues
  • Lost/damaged shipments during transit
  • Wholesaler non-approval of claims

14. Reward Limit

• Maximum reward accumulation per participant may be capped as per company policy.
• Any excess points beyond the cap may be nullified.

15. Program Closure

• Points accumulated during the program must be redeemed within the defined timeline.
• Carry forward of points to next program cycle will not be allowed.

16. Legal Jurisdiction

• The Program shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.

17. Acceptance

Participation in the JK MITR program implies that the Reseller has read, understood, and accepted these terms.
